Coverage Provisions
What's Covered
Our comprehensive warranty covers structural defects, workmanship errors, and mechanical systems. We ensure your home meets the high standards of quality we promise from day one.
Normal Wear
Minor seasonal cracking in drywall or wood, as well as cosmetic changes resulting from normal usage, are considered maintenance items and are generally not covered by the builder warranty.
Emergency Priority
Total loss of HVAC, plumbing leaks, or electrical hazards are prioritized. We will confirm a visit within 1 business day for all routine requests, with emergencies handled immediately.
